Legal rights of the buyer
Warranty obligations
Pursuant to Section 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the customer is entitled to an exchange or repair of defective goods. If a repair or replacement is not possible, the customer may request a refund.
Warranty periods
The general warranty period is 2 years, starting from the date of purchase.
Proof of defect
Purchased goods are considered defective if they do not demonstrate the physical condition or properties agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.If no specific agreements have been made between the parties, the goods are considered defective if they cannot be used as expected or are not in the usual condition.During the first 6 months after purchase, a defect in the goods is considered to have existed at the time of purchase. After this period, the customer must prove that the defect was present at the time of purchase.A warranty claim can only be made if the defect in question was already present at the time of purchase.Sellers are not liable for defects that occur later, for example, as a result of improper use or wear and tear.
Return of products
Online purchases
Buyers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt if they have not been used and retain their original appearance. It is important to have a receipt or other proof of purchase. To initiate the return procedure, please contact our customer service team at +49 1523 7159222.
Goods that cannot be returned
According to the current legislation, there are categories of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Food;
- Perfumes and cosmetics;
- Hygiene products;
- Medical supplies;
- Underwear.
Since we specialize in selling equipment for businesses, it is worth considering that the goods must be in their original packaging, have no traces of use, and include all components.

Shipping costs
If you return goods of good quality, the buyer will bear the shipping costs. If the goods are defective, we will bear all costs associated with the return.
